• Usage data: how you interact with the Versed dashboard

2. Google API Data

Versed integrates with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. When you connect these services, we access data including website traffic, search queries, impressions, and click-through rates. This data is used solely to generate your weekly marketing briefings and recommendations.

Versed's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share your Google API data with third parties, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except as necessary to provide the Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate weekly marketing analysis and recommendations
• Execute approved actions on your website via CMS APIs
• Send your weekly briefings via your preferred channel (Slack, email, etc.)
• Improve the accuracy of our AI recommendations over time
• Provide customer support

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely with row-level security enforced at the database layer. API tokens for connected services are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of account deletion upon request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Anthropic: to generate AI analysis and content (your data is not used to train their models)
• Supabase: for database hosting
• Vercel: for application hosting

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect any Google or CMS integration at any time
• Export your data in a machine-readable format

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
