By accessing or using Versed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Versed is a marketing automation platform that analyzes your website, connects to your analytics tools, and generates weekly marketing recommendations and automated actions. The Service includes site scanning, health scoring, action card generation, and CMS execution features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Google API Services

Versed uses Google API Services including Google Analytics and Google Search Console. By connecting these integrations, you authorize Versed to access your data from these services in accordance with Google's Terms of Service. Versed's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the security and privacy of your data seriously and only use it to provide the Service.

7. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Versed and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Versed and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content generated for your account (blog posts, recommendations) belongs to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific marketing outcomes will be achieved. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
